THE POWER OF YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Scientists say that we only use 10% of our mind. Think about what I just said. We only use 10% of our minds! We waste the remaining 90%. Think of it this way… what if we only used 10% of our salary? Can we survive on 10% of our salary? There is no other way than your Bill Gates. What happens if we consume only 10% of the food we prepare? Isn't that a waste of food? And if we sleep 10% of 8 hours or 80 minutes a day? Can we survive? What would happen if we only had 10% of the oxygen available? Can we survive? The answer to all these questions is a resounding NO!

So why do we settle for only using 10% of our brain? Look at your life. Are you living the life you want...on your own terms? Are you satisfied with what you created or do you think it could be better? Most of the time you only live to 10% of your potential. What if you could make your life 100, 500 or 1000% better? I can hear you saying right now..."that's impossible" or "that's hard to do". If you said that, you're repeating the same pattern in your life, which means you're only using 10% or less of your brain.



If you're happy using only 10% of your brain, stop reading now. If you are not satisfied and want to use the rest, read on. Think of the excellence you can achieve using all your mind. Napoleon Hill, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Maxwell Maltz, and many others have been great teachers of mindfulness. These men knew the secret to harnessing the power of your mind and how to harness it.

I'm here to tell you that you have the most powerful tool in the universe...your creative mind. Your subconscious mind knows everything. It has all the answers if you use it correctly. It can lead you to a life of harmony, wealth, health, joy and success! This can be done in all aspects of your life.



It's not your fault. They never taught you how to use your mind. The past is over and today can be a new beginning. It doesn't matter what happened before today, what matters is what happens after today. You have to trust your subconscious mind and know that it will enable you to live a happy and successful life.

Let's start with a very simple procedure. Use your subconscious mind as an alarm clock. Before going to bed at night, say what time you want to get up. Let's say you want to wake up at 7:00 AM. Before you go to bed, tell your subconscious mind to "wake me up at 7:00 am." Visualize a clock showing 7:00 a.m. while reading this.

The first step to changing your life is to start creating emotions in your subconscious mind. You can do this by making sure and having certain thoughts. For example, let's say you want to attract money into your life. You can repeat these words "I am wealth and success." Repeat these words several times a day. It is best to say them in the morning when you get up and before you go to sleep. This happens when your mind is in an alpha state. When you say them, make sure you really mean them and focus on the words. Don't think of it as busy or it won't do you any good. They can also be recited while meditating.

This can work for anything. Do not say that affirmations are positive and negative. For example, if you want to quit smoking, don't say "I don't smoke." Instead, say "My lungs are clean and healthy and I don't smoke." "I am" are two of the most powerful words in the English language.

Also, it is very important to think positive, do not tell yourself: "I will never be lucky" or "I am destined to be poor." Think otherwise: "I'm lucky" or "Things always work out for me" and I'm rich and successful. If you have a hard time believing yourself when you say them, change them to be more confident. You can start small or "I'm getting rich."

If you need help with a problem or when you have to make a difficult decision and you don't know what is best for you. Ask your subconscious for help. Let's say you're considering two separate job offers and you're having trouble deciding between them. Ask your subconscious for help by asking it. You could say something like: "Infinite wisdom of my subconscious mind, I ask for your help in deciding which of these two job offers is the best, and I ask for your help and guidance in making the decision that is best for me." ."

Stay still and listen to your subconscious. If necessary, close your eyes and don't force anything to come to you, but keep listening. If the answer doesn't come right away, that's okay. You are probably looking for the answer and it will take some time. But, I assure you, the answer will come... maybe next day or next week. You have to be alert and keep your antennae up. Sometimes the answer comes from something outside of you after you wake up. Your thoughts about what to do may be clear to you. You may be clear in your thoughts on what to do. You may read or hear something that may enlighten you on what to do. You may receive your answer by running into a friend and he may say something that may help you decide. Just be patient and do not get frustrated and think too much about it. By doing so, you are delaying the answer form coming to you.
